Returns & Refunds Terms and Conditions

Hey hey hey! It's okay! Whether you didn't get what you were expecting, item is damaged or we got it wrong (Ah gee we hope not), we can fix it! There's a process to go about it and we are there to guide you along. Here are the terms and conditions on all refunds and returns: 

1. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and you must provide proof of purchase. 

Please note however; we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, personal preference or incorrectly purchased products.

For food or drink items, please ensure that the packaging remains unopened, as we are unable to issue refunds for opened packages, unless the packaging is damaged and has been made evident.

2. Initiate Return

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@nightworknutrition.com.au and one of our customer service team members will guide you through the process.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@nightworknutrition.com.au

4. Damages Or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and fix this issue.

5. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not do returns on open items of any food product unless damaged. If so, please contact us at contact@nightworknutrition.com.au.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for another, please contact us at contact@nightworknutrition.com.au and we will get in contact ASAP to arrange an exchange.

Please Note: Claims that are incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible will not be considered valid. If you fail to comply with these terms or if, in our judgment, you are attempting to gain benefits to which you are not reasonably entitled, your claim will be rejected. We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee offer at any time. Please note that our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee is supplementary to, and does not supersede or restrict, your statutory rights, including those under the Australian Consumer Law.
